Stellar Blade x Nier Automata DLC Is Live and Here Are the Details and the Price

PlayStation Stellar Blade Nier Automata collab Eve in a 2B costume with a skirt

A collaboration between Stellar Blade and Nier: Automata has been the talk of the town for the last few days. Both games/dev teams have a lot of respect for each other so it was just a matter of time before something like this happened. And, on November 20, the latest patch and DLC dropped for Stellar Blade. The patch itself adds a Photo Mode (the internet is already ablaze with all the Stellar Blade x Nier Automata photos), and the DLC. For the Stellar Blade x Nier Automata DLC, we finally have all the details, as well as the price.

Price and Details for Nier Automata DLC for Stellar Blade

The highly anticipated collab is finally here. You can now dress up Eve with outfits inspired by B2 and other characters from Nier: Automata. Up until now, every DLC for Stellar Blade has been completely free. But, the Stellar Blade x Nier Automata DLC is the first paid content for the game (barring the base game, of course). So, let’s see what is the price for the DLC, and what is included in it.

  • Price: $10.
  • Contents: four Nanosuits for Eve, one Face Accessory for Eve, three Hairstyles for Eve, one Cosmetic for the Drone, one Cosmetic for Adam, one Cosmetic for Lily.
  • Unlock: at Emil’s Shop (a mobile item shop that freely moves around the Wastelands and the Great Desert), using Stellar Tears (a new currency found in the Wasteland and the Great Desert).

Moreover, there are parts of the Nier: Automata soundtrack added to the game, as well as some easter eggs (don’t try to look up Eve’s skirt while dressed as B2).

Is the Price Too Much?

There is a debate about the price, but when you think of it, $10 is hardly a lot of cash for some really good cosmetics, and the fans are delighted. “Wait 10$ is insanely good wtf they cooked. 3 hairstyles as well that you can probably use on every skin as well I honestly expected 20$ this is a big W” said gremoryh, and “Better price than what I was expecting, I usually don’t pay for cosmetic stuff like this but this game is a breath of fresh air and something we need more of in gaming, actual passion projects and not corporate [rubbish] so I’ll pick this up “ added Aggravating_Fig6288.

In conclusion, even though it is the first paid DLC, it is far from pricey and offers so much, especially if you are a Nier fan.
