One DevLive has just ended, and yet the next one has already been announced. And it is gearing up to be one of the biggest ones to date. Nexon has revealed that the next The First Descendant live broadcast is scheduled for May 11, on PAX East 2025.
Just a few days ago, we had the April edition of Nexon’s TFD live broadcast. The devs had numerous topics to cover, from addressing the whole Ines nerf situation to showcasing Ultimate Blair, giving a sneak peek of Dynamic Motion, and answering a lot of fan questions. On the topic of those questions, a lot of them were about Season 3, and the devs couldn’t answer them just yet. However, they said that they will reveal more during the May edition of the devlive, held nowhere else than on PAX East 2025.
Nexon Will Hold the Next Live Broadcast for The First Descendant on PAX East 2025, on May 11
For those unaware, PAX (standing for Penny Arcade Expo) East is an annual event that celebrates gaming culture as a whole, “featuring thought-provoking panels, a massive expo hall filled with the best publishers and studios, new game demos, musical performances, tournaments, and a community experience unlike any other.” The 2025 event will be held in Boston, Massachusetts, USA, and Nexon will hold a livestream on the Main Theatre stage.
It is scheduled for Sunday, May 11, at 09:00 PDT, where the devs will reveal a lot more info on Season 3 of TFD, in front of a live audience. That translates to May 11, at 12:00 ET, and May 12, at 01:00 KST/JST.

- We will reveal exciting new content for the upcoming Season 3 Mega Update, launching this summer.
- Special gifts will also be prepared for those who participate on-site, so please look forward to it!
- The Dev Livestream will be broadcast live on YouTube, allowing Descendants who cannot attend in person to watch as well.
But the best part is that live versions of Bunny and Serena will also be making an appearance. “Attendees who encounter Bunny and Serena can take photos and receive surprise gifts, so we encourage all Descendants planning to attend to keep an eye out!”
We know that they teased an “open world” area and vehicles, so the fans are all excited to find out more about that. It is less than a month from now, but we have the April 17 update and Ultimate Blair to keep us busy until then.
