Fortunately, though, the game’s developers have expressed awareness of its difficulty by allowing players to summon Spectres to their aid in exchange for Star Fragments.
How Do I Get Star Fragments?
Star Fragment is a relatively abundant resource that can be looted in various areas, purchased from the merchant Giangio, and farmed off certain high-grade enemies.
Of course, it’s not a necessary resource if you’re a Soulsborne veteran who’s a master of parrying in Lies of P. However, do bear in mind that as the game progresses, boss fights get more difficult, and there’s no shame in relying on a Spectre once in a while. How To Unlock Giangio For Star Fragments
Giango is an easily accessible merchant, but his demanded currency isn’t. He first shows up in St. Frangelico Cathedral, where he can be found at the steps of the staircase next to the Angel statue before later relocating to the St. Frangelico Cathedral Chapel Stargazer.
Then, after defeating the Eldest of the Black Rabbit Brotherhood, players will be able to find Giangio near the Malum District Town Hall Stargazer, where he will redirect them to the Gold Coin Tree. How To Farm Star Fragments Fast
If you’ve exhausted all the aforementioned sources of Star Fragments, you can move on to farming high-grade enemies. There are plenty of areas where such enemies respawn, but we’ll be sticking to the Krat City Hall Courtyard Stargazer. Not only does it become accessible early in the game, but the enemies here are easy to farm.
Make your way to where you will fight or have already fought the Scrapped Watchmen boss. From there, backtrack to where you encounter the sword-wielding puppet duo and make a left turn. Here, you will encounter a dog-like puppet, which is almost guaranteed to drop a Star Fragment every time it is slain. So knock yourself out!
