How To Fix Items in Jagged Alliance 3
Players will need to hire at least one Mechanic before items can be repaired. Once a Mechanic has joined the team, players can then do the following to fix items:
- Press the M key to bring up the Strategic Map menu.
- Go to the Operations tab located at the bottom of the menu.
- Select Repair Items.
- Select the Mechanics that will be able to do the job. Up to two Mechanics can be used to decrease the repair time.
- Choose Pick Item option.
- All gear that has been damaged will be shown, and players can place the gear in the Queued Items manually or with through the Auto-fill button.
- After the time has elapsed, all of the items will be successfully repaired.
All repaired items will have their durability increased back to 100%. Repairing items will also cost Parts, which can be found while looting enemy bases or from disassembling weapons and gear. So, always keep Parts stocked in case gear you suddenly need is too broken to use and must be repaired.
