The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Collector’s Edition is now available for pre-order through select retailers, presumably more to follow as we near the game’s release in May. However, the price is pretty steep at a whopping $129.99 through GameStop and other providers.
Unsurprisingly, this shocked many long-time fans of the franchise. That’s nearly double the cost of its standard edition counterpart at just $69.99, so is the Collector’s Edition really worth it?

The Collector’s Edition of the latest Legend of Zelda installment contains several exclusive memorabilia items currently unavailable for purchase elsewhere, which definitely ups its worth. In addition to a physical copy of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, you will also get:
- A Collector’s Edition Box.
- An Art Book featuring the game’s official artwork and concept art.
