No, the latest iteration of the game will not be available for the Xbox One. Hexworks indicated that the upcoming Soulslike game will only be available on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5.
As for the original game, it was released on several platforms back in 2014 and there were even versions of the game that are specifically designed for both Android and iOS devices. Additionally, its mobile version – which was rolled out in February of 2017 – had a so-called one-to-one swipe combat feature.
