The second location is within the Third Sea. Travel here, and head over to the Floating Turtle Island. From here, head to the mansion. This building will have a treasure inventory hidden somewhere.
When looking for treasure inventories, look out for a white pattern. This white pattern differentiates treasure inventories from regular ones, making them much easier to identify.
