Dambuster Studios is set to offer players of Dead Island 2 free content through Twitch Drops during its launch this week. The studio will run three weeks of drops enabled for all players.
This means that anyone streaming the game on Twitch will be able to offer their viewers exclusive loot, namely the Fenrir’s Howl Shotgun. This shotgun will be available between April 21 and May 17. Here’s how you can get your hands on this valuable loot.

To obtain the Fenrir’s Howl Shotgun, some preparation work is necessary, as you need to make sure certain accounts are linked, and then you need to watch 20 minutes of streamers who have Dead Island 2 Twitch Drops enabled to acquire the awesome shotgun.
The first step is to have a PROS account, which stands for Prism Ray Online Services, a new cross-game online service for games from Plaion, Saber Interactive, Deep Silver, and others. You might already have an account if you played the recent Saints Row game.

After launching the Dead Island 2 game, select the Visit PROS option in the menu, and it will allow you to visit the registration page from your console or mobile device using the QR code. You can also register ahead of time.
Sign up for a new account or log in to an existing one and return to the game’s main menu, where you will be informed if your game and PROS account are linked. By signing up for the game’s newsletter, you will also receive a Trickster’s Smile Knife as a bonus.
Once you have completed these steps, sign up for a Twitch account if you haven’t already.
- Go to Profile
- Click Settings
- Pick Connections
- Click Other Connections on Twitch
- Look for Prism Ray Online Services, where you will find a Connect button. Press It.
After completing these steps, watch any Dead Island 2 stream with Twitch Drops enabled for at least 20 minutes. To track your progress, click Twitch’s menu and select Drops and Rewards under your Profile. When you’ve reached the 20-minute requirement, click Claim in your Twitch inventory to send the shotgun to your game. The shotgun will be waiting for you from Dougie in the Serling Hotel as your reward.
