Large horned beasts with incredibly tough hide, Graphorns are useful creatures to ride into battle. That said, catching one is hard, and finding one is even harder. This guide will go over where Graphorns can be found, and what a player needs to do to catch one so that everyone can get a chance to trample their foes on the back of one.

Where Can You Find a Graphorn in Hogwarts Legacy?
Graphorns can only be found in one location in Hogwarts Legacy, far down on the Clagmar Coast.
The Graphorn Den is located on the southeast corner of the map, one of the furthest locations from Hogwarts possible. Travel to the South Clagmar Coats Floo Flame, then take the path East. When players see a large dragon skeleton they should continue forward until they can pass through a stone arch. The Graphorn Den is located just beyond it.

For players unsure of the location, there is a quest that requires the players to visit the den, meaning players will find the location throughout normal gameplay.
How To Tame a Graphorn?
First, players must complete the San Bakar’s Trial quest. This quest is in the late game, and players can’t tame a Graphorn before this, so there is no reason for a player to try and catch a Graphorn early.
Once players have completed this quest they can travel back to the Graphorn Den, which will now be shown on the world map.
Because Graphorns are such large, powerful creatures, they must be fought and worn down before being able to capture them. They are powerful, and attack with both claws and their large tail, so players should take the fight slowly and look for larger windows of opportunity.
Once the Graphorn has taken enough damage it will lie down. At this point, players must simply take out their Nab-sack to capture the beast.
