The Freedom Alliance has created a new event in which all the players can participate. It’s been a while since the last content drop, and the players are getting antsy. So, if you are among the Helldivers 2 players who (understandably) need a change of pace, a community event might be just what the doctor ordered! It’s time to join Operation Combined Arms.
What Is Operation Combined Arms?
You may have already heard of the Freedom Alliance. If you haven’t, it’s a coalition of players, various clans, and creators. So far, they have organized several community events, including Operation Vanguard Horizon and Operation Dark Echo.
Well, the Freedom Alliance has created a new event, and it’s already in progress! The creators noted: “As the threat of annihilation grows larger, our survival hinges on preparedness. Now more than ever, we must ensure that our forces, and especially our recruits, are trained, equipped, and ready for the horrors ahead. All Freedom Alliance Fleets are hereby requested to provide on-field support and mentorship to fresh-out-of-boot-camp Helldivers”.
As always, the Freedom Alliance made an amazing cinematic trailer. The creators stated: “A community-wide Helldivers event to help new players, rack up kills, and tally them all on a community-wide statsboard: join Operation Combined Arms from 27-28 April”.
So, what are the mission objectives? You have to answer at least 3 SOS Beacons and help out the new Helldivers. Since the goal is to help out rookies, join missions ranked Trivial-Medium. Finally, let the new players know that you are a part of the Freedom Alliance. Also, a bonus tip: feel free to share some useful tips with the rookies.
Helldivers Love the Community Event
As you know, there have been lots of rumors and even some potential proof that an update should be coming soon. So, this community event is the perfect opportunity for all fresh Helldivers 2 players to get acquainted with everything that is going on. Thankfully, this community is quite helpful, and players are glad to be there for each other.
Hadfield15 noted: “We at the Flying Dutchmen will do our part as best as we can! The MO may be our priority, but we’re always happy to scrap a few more metal scallywags! That is all for now. Flame on”.
Indeed, the Major Order is in progress, and by the looks of it, it might be quite crucial! However, if you find the time for a couple of quick missions with the rookies, that would be spectacular. So, dear diver, we’ll meet you on the battlefield. For Liberty and Super Earth.
