Sometimes a gesture can turn your day around. It doesn’t have to be grand, but just enough to show you that you are heard and appreciated. What we love seeing is a company that appreciates its fans. The Arrowhead Support team recently received lots of praise for their sweet gesture towards a devoted Helldivers 2 player.
Arrowhead Support Deserves All the Praise
One day, a player decided to become a Super Citizen. At the time, they were a bit tipsy, so they jokingly wrote to Arrowhead Support and asked for a substitution for the Steeled Veterans Warbond, as they had already purchased it. For some unknown reason (after all, why not?), this player decided to attach a picture of their lovely cat, as well.
Now, what this player, nor anyone else, didn’t expect was to actually get a response from Arrowhead Support. Not only did the player get a response, but they were also reimbursed for the Steeled Veterans Warbond they had bought. Officer Kayla of the SEAF High Command responded with a lengthy message, explaining in great detail why the OP was eligible for reimbursement.
A part of the message read: “The Ministry of Prosperity has received your request for a Super Credit reimbursement. While the Super Citizen upgrade does not and is not advertised to offer 1000SC, High Command will not accept their most patriotic Helldivers miss out on the value. I have personally verified your identity via the Ministry of Truth and see that you are eligible”.
Officer Kayla finished the message by saying: “May the torches of Liberty light your path, Helldiver”. Obviously, in the Post Scriptum, this Officer praised the OP’s cat and asked the OP to pet the cat on behalf of Arrowhead.
Helldivers 2 Players Honor Arrowhead
As you may have expected, the community was delighted by this gesture. Helldivers 2 players rushed to give praise to the great Support team, for actually showing care for the player base. Some players even shared they bought 1000SC in honor of this gesture.
Wolfsquad11 noted: “That’s so wholesome. The fact that they put so much effort into smaller and personal things like this is why I think Arrowhead is the best. Also, Helldivers in general is one of the best gaming communities ever”.
Another player, Kribble118, added: “Honestly this kind of response brings me back to the good ol’ days of companies like Blizzard and Bungie who used to interact with and listen to their fans. This makes me very happy”.
Recently, Arrowhead gained a lot of good reviews, with the latest update and the new Warbond. We are glad to see that they still prioritize their players. After all, if it weren’t for the players, there would be no game. So, enjoy it, for Super Earth and Managed Democracy.
