There, select Change Adapter Settings, and then right-click on either Wi-Fi or Ethernet, whichever you are using, and select Properties. Under the Networking tab, you will see a list of items. Look for Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6), and uncheck it. Close everything and try playing a mission in Helldivers 2.
