It’s always wonderful to have something to look forward to. After the activation of the Democracy Space Station, the players are wondering what’s next. The CEO and the CCO of Arrowhead gave some hints in a recent interview, but neither Helldivers nor Chaosdivers were too thrilled. Well, thankfully, some Helldivers 2 leaks provided the community with details about potential future Mission Objectives, which seems to have raised players’ hopes.
Leaks Offer Details About Possible New Mission Objectives
One very prolific leaker, IronS1ghts, managed to hype up the community, yet again. This time, this leaker made a compilation of unreleased Objectives that might bring some freshness. They leaked details about 6 new Objectives and named 5 more.
The first Objective is named Destroy Automaton Capital Ships. According to IronS1ghts: “You will hack into the Orbital Cannon, and use it to fire at an automaton fleet destroyer. Likely a main objective. The Orbital Cannon also has an energy mode”.
Next, the OP mentioned the Communications Relay Objective. They noted: “You will be tasked with setting up a Communications Relay. Likely a side objective”. Third on the list is the Alternate Larva Objective. The OP said: “Your goal will be to collect and extract with a Hive Lord Larva”
The next Objective is titled Automaton Chemicles. The leaker shared: “Your goal will be to destroy automaton “Chemical Silos”. An alternate version of this mission allows you to extract with the chemicals, so that we can study what it is. Likely a main objective”.
The OP also shared details about the Automaton Remains Objective. They stated: “Your goal will be to collect and extract with “Remains”. It is unclear if these are human or automaton remains”. Finally, the OP talked about the Intel Objective. They noted: “There will be an optional “Intel” objective at crashed Super Earth Drone sites. Extracting with this intel will grant you a special “Opportunity” mission”.
Of course, let’s not forget about the Objectives that were named but the leaker couldn’t find more info on them. The OP listed: “Cargo Car, Colony Rover Extraction, Dark Fluid Research Station, Camera Objective (Maybe Scrapped?), TCS 2.0”.
Helldivers 2 Community Would Love Some New Content
As you probably know, players have been complaining about the lack of new content and the slow progression of the storylines for a while now. So, it’s nice to see the Helldivers 2 community enjoy the leaks of the Mission Objectives that are yet to come.
Now, we know that the lack of progress made some players Gloom-y. However, we’d like to take this opportunity to remind the community that the devs have worked extremely hard to fix the game. Sure, the players don’t owe anything to the devs, but still, patience and support go a long way.
So, while we all wait for some new content, storylines, and, hopefully, vehicles, let’s use that time productively. The latest Major Order is in progress and your fellow Helldivers really need some help. For Liberty and Super Earth.
