Per the game’s FAQs that were posted about a month ago, the game developer responded to such an inquiry by stating that they didn’t have any information to share at the time which remains that way to this day.

Over on the Forza subreddit, this was one of the topics of players at some point. Reddit user u/kennystetson posted that he’d love to play the game on VR since according to him it would make sense to play it in such a manner. While some commenters agreed with his argument, some are doubtful about such an idea. One even commented that a VR option is not going to happen in Forza Motorsport and claimed that Microsoft had let go of their AR/VR department alongside the guys who are working with the Hololens.
Why Doesn’t Forza Motorsport 8 Have VR?
VR support for Forza Motorsport has been a long-requested feature by its gaming community. Provided that such a feature is present within the upcoming title, the game experience will certainly be more immersive than ever.
Considering the technical advances Forza Motorsport has shown off before its release, adding a VR option to the game will be a herculean task for its game developer, Turn 10 Studios.
