Fae Farm introduces its players to several different recipes throughout the game, one in particular, using Salmon. While Fae Farm boasts a large variety of fish, both saltwater and freshwater, each fish has its uses in different dishes and eventually gives you different boosts. How To Cook Salmon in Fae Farm
There’s only one dish that specifically uses Salmon as an ingredient, and that’s Salmon in a Blanket. To cook this dish, you need to combine one Salmon, one Flour, two Butter, three Fresh Greens, and three Fish Fillets. You also need to have both cooking and logging at level 15 to be able to cook this meal.
That’s all you need to cook Salmon in a Blanket. Now, it’s very rare that you’ll need to cook it except for the specific stat it gives. However, Fae Farm has a plethora of other recipes you can try, some of which we’ll talk about.
You should also remember that higher rarity ingredients give better stats and dishes. So if you’re catching an excess of Salmon, it’s better to just sell them than to make them into dishes.

Fae Farm Fish Species
We already talked about one fish recipe, the Salmon in a Blanket. However, let’s talk about some of the other fish you can find while fishing in Fae Farm and where you can find them.
You can find 34 species of fish in total while fishing, 20 of them being saltwater and 14 are freshwater fish. Now, some of the fish you can find at any location in any season or weather. There are other fish which have more specific times on when you can target them in fishing.
For example, the Black Bass can only be found in mountainous regions and stormy weather. Meanwhile, you can find Rainbow Trout in rivers and ponds all year round, making both of these freshwater fish. The same goes for saltwater fish like Halibut, which can only be found in calm weather and when fishing deeper into the sea. On the other hand, Spotted Puffers are found on the southwest island and only in springtime.
