The simple answer is yes, Fae Farm does include cross platform. Up to four players can interact with one another while playing on Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam or the Epic Games Store. All three platforms can play multiplayer with each other.
The game’s studio Phoenix Labs demonstrated the cross-platform feature in a live stream, where up to four players can group up and take care of a farm together cooperatively. Does Fae Farm Have Cross Progression and Cross Save?
While Fae Farm does allow players to play alongside friends on different platforms, the game does not support cross progression or cross save features. That means players cannot start a game on one platform, then switch over to another platform and continue their progress exactly where they left off. All progress is tied to one copy of the game.
Also, other players who join a host’s session will not be able to bring anything back to their own game. Anything unlocked in the host’s game will not transfer to other players.
