What Carries Over In Diablo 4 Season 3?

Seasonal Characters are new characters you create from scratch for each Diablo 4 Season. One of the main concerns players had was having their progress erased between seasons. Once a Season has finished, Seasonal Characters are moved to the Eternal Realm, next to your other non-seasonal characters. It’s a great way to try out different builds and classes. So, let’s take a look at what carries over to Diablo 4 Season 3 – Season of the Construct.

What Carries Over To Seasonal Characters In Diablo 4?

Altars of Lilith, map progress, Renown progress, Paragon points, Mounts, Murmuring Obols upgrades, and Transmogs will carry over to Seasonal Characters in Season 3.

Altars of Lilith

All Altars of Lilith you’ve already discovered will still be activated when you start out a new character

Map Progress

What have you already discovered in your previous runs will still be revealed on your map when you create a new Seasonal Character. This includes Waypoints, so you won’t have to find those all over again.

Renown Progress And Paragon Points

Your Renown Progress will also carry over with all of the experience points, skill points, and additional potion flasks unlocked. The same goes for Paragon Points.

Mount

When you unlock your horse for the first time, it becomes unlocked for all characters, Seasonal Characters included.

Murmuring Obols Capacity Upgrades

With Altars of Lillith and Renown progress being carried over, your Obol Capacity upgrades come with them.

Transmogs

As they are account-bound, all Transmogs you have unlocked previously will be available for all characters.

Blizzard has confirmed that players just have to log in with a pre-season character to transfer their progress to the Seasonal Realm, preferably a character you have made the most progress with.
