Diablo 4 is an action role-playing game where players venture into a dark and dangerous world filled with demons and treasures. Players can use various weapons to combat these dangers, though my preferred weapon and playstyle is the bow.
Using bows in Diablo IV lets me stay out of melee range and pick off targets from a distance. Fortunately, equipping a bow still allows for the use of melee attacks when enemies rush in. However, this leaves the question of how to get and use a bow in Diablo IV.

How To Get Bows in Diablo IV
In Diablo IV, the Rogue class is the only class that can wield a bow. To equip this weapon, players must create and play a Rogue character. The Rogue starts the game with a bow already equipped, eliminating the need to search for one.
No one other class at this time can use the bow, but other bow-wielding classes may be added later. Rogues can also switch weapons like the Barbarian, allowing for melee and ranged attacks. This is helpful for bosses, like The Butcher, that rush you down.
How To Increase Bow Skills in Diablo IV
To increase your effectiveness with the bow, allocate skill points to Marksman skills in the Rogue skill tree. These skills can be assigned to your hotbar for easy access during combat. Marksman skills also apply to the crossbow, but this weapon has a slower fire rate than bows. Marksman skills are an excellent way to increase your offense and keep any enemy from getting close to you.
Choosing between Rogue and Sorcerer are a hard choice for me. I love bow classes, but I also love the Sorcerer’s magic abilities. I’ll likely run a character in both classes, I’ll just need to decide which I want to the first. If you are a die-hard bow fan, make sure you create a Rogue and showcase your marksmanship across Sanctuary.
