Are you wondering which are the best classes to choose from in BattleBit Remastered? This guide aims to help with your next pick.
BattleBit Remastered allows up to 254 players to engage in a single battle. Between all these players, there are six classes to choose from at the moment. While there is a lot of overlap, each of these classes brings something special to the battle. But which ones are the best? Let’s find out.
What Are the Best Classes in Battlebit Remastered?
There are a total of six classes in BattleBit Remastered. Even though we’re going to rank them in this list, it’s important to note that each class has a role to play in the game. That means that whichever class you choose, you won’t be useless if you play to their advantage. Still, some are overall better than others.
6. Recon
Recon represents the popular “sniper” archetype of FPS games. In BattleBit, it’s Recon’s job to snipe key targets from a long distance using Snipers or DMRs. However, they are pretty vulnerable themselves. They wear light armor that can be upgraded to normal or ranger, but they don’t have a helmet option. Similarly, they have a Grappling Hook to get a height advantage but only have three bandages and a pistol as a sidearm.
5. Squad Leader
The Squad Leader is a class that has a similar weapon loadout to the Assault class. They have the ability to “ping” locations as objectives and carry a Bino Soflam and Air Drone to scout out the terrain. While they have an extra grenade and bandage than others, that is pretty much all they currently bring. In the future, they’re being planned to be able to call in Air Strikes though.
4. Support
The Support class are soldiers that can entrench positions and are equipped with big guns to lay down heavy suppressive fire. They are the only class with access to the OP Heavy Ammo Kit, so that makes them very useful for prolonged fights. Supports also have access to some nifty gadgets and more grenades. But what really sets them apart is the access to Exo Armor. This super-heavy armor can make them into walking tanks compared to other soldiers.
3. Medic
Medics are the healers of the group. While most classes carry around 4 bandages, Medics carry whopping 20 of them. They can even distribute them to other players. But that’s not all. They apply bandages twice as fast and have access to their unique gadget, the Medic Kit. With access to a good loadout of lighter weaponry and armor, you’ll always want to have a Medic around.
2. Engineer
With vehicle combat being a large part of the game, Engineers are indispensable to have around. They are your tool to both destroy and repair vehicles. To do that, they have access to the Repair Tool, but also Anti-Vehicle Grenades, and even RPGs. However, they’re versatile too. They have access to a wide range of weapons, but they can also swap out their Repair Tool for any explosive primary gadget. Their RPGs can also use frag rockets instead of HEAT, making them effective in dealing with personnel as well.
1. Assault
Finally, currently the best class in the game, in our opinion, is the “default” class, the Assault. They have a wide range of options and their versatility makes them a jack-of-all-trades. But in the right hands, they can be devastating due to their innate bonuses. Namely, the Assault class has 25% extra reload speed, 20% boost to ADS speed at close range, and 25$ boost to weapon swap speed. Combine that with their gadgets and gear like Sledge Hammer, Grappling Hook, Small Ammo Kit, and Riot Shield, and you have a very dangerous all-around combo.
