Microsoft’s next console is still a ways off. Even if you subscribe to the belief of a holiday 2012 release, you’re still left twiddling your thumbs for 9 months. The rumor mill has been busy churning out certifiable-crap, but there's probable-nuggets (yum!) in the mix too. If you’ve been studying tech trends and how Microsoft has been slowly positioning itself this generation, you can make some pretty solid assumptions on what we’ll be seeing in their next console.
