Mass Effect 3 Could Feature 4 Player Co-op

Rumours have been gestating about Mass Effect 3′s multiplayer functionality for a while, with EA’s involvement in the franchise causing series fans to worry that competitive multiplayer fad may overtake their franchise. The latest in the rumours is that Mass Effect 3 will feature a 4 player co-operative mode.

Lending credence to these rumours, both Eurogamer and CVG have reported receiving word from anonymous sources claiming that the co-op mode will play separately from the main story.

Neither Bioware nor EA have confirmed or denied these rumours at this time.
