First 3DS firmware update detailed?

Nintendo's May 3DS firmware update has been detailed by a new report. It includes the Nintendo eShop, although promised Internet browsing functions are nowhere to be seen.

The list of additions – published by Famitsu and translated by The Magic Box – include the initial batch of downloadable eShop content.
