Major Nelson just Twittered that participants in the Preview Program of the new Xbox 360 update should see Halo Waypoint, the new Halo universe information hub, in the dashboard. Unfortunately, he also stated that it will only be available in "most" english speaking countries, letting out the majority of european countries and even Canada.
