The verdict on Wii Fit - Kansas.com

Bottom line: Wii Fit is a whole lot of fun. At the Snodgrass house in Bel Aire, Michelle Snodgrass' kids compete with her to see who can be the one to demonstrate it. In Park City, Ashley Hagan has become a video game fan because of it. And it's getting people to exercise without realizing how much hard work they're doing -- at least at first.

Kaitlyn Snodgrass, 16, a basketball player, tried both aerobics and strength training the day Wii Fit moved into their house, and "I was really sore the next day." So was Hagan's husband, whose job keeps him in shape.
