Warframe PC to PS4 account migration now live

From now until Friday, August 1 at 2 PM EDT, the Migrate Account option will allow you to create a copy of your existing PC account for use on the PS4 version of Warframe.

I've been such a huge fan of Warframe on PC since open beta in March 2013. Ever since they announced it for PS4 I was just so ecstatic, and even more so when they said we would be able to transfer our accounts over!!

Then slowly and slowly I got more upset waiting so many weeks, into months etc. And now nearly a year later!!! I'M DOING IT!!!

This would have been great day one on ps4 , but I've put in so much work on ps4 version that its now my main account. Still better late than never

I finally got a friend to try this out with me on PC and despite the initial appeal which is quite cool. It lacks character and is very repetitive and lacks variety. That and I just can get into games where you have to buy stuff. I am about unlocking cool stuff. Buying stuff just lacks the magic of unlocking it. Sadly F2P games for the most part don't do it for me. The gameplay was solid and fun but like most F2P games it would have been way better if it was just a purchasable title.

You're not playing the game right if you feel you HAVE to buy stuff. I've put over 300 hours into Warframe, and the most I've spent was about 30 dollars since March 2013.

That's half a full game, for the amount of time of 10 full games. And all of the important stuff in the game such as weapons and new warframe suits are obtainable completely for free if you actually put the time and effort in to get them, you know, actually playing the game ^_^

So please don't tell me that Warframe is like any other free to play game, you clearly have no idea what you're talking about.

I had to log out and then back in, then it appeared :D
