Thats quite courageous of you, i didnt find anything worth the last 2 year during winter sale. I found better prices on Amazon, GMG etc ..

I rarely find better deals on Amazon. GMG sometimes will have it cheaper as well and the Humble Store. But typically its the exact same price as it is or more expensive than on Steam.

Not to mention gifting to my friends that live in depressed regions like Venezuela is a lot easier on Steam.

Honestly, I didn't even know that the Winter Sale starts today. I was waiting for MGS: Ground Zeroes to be available for purchase but was surprised to be greeted by the Winter Sale banner.

I own consoles and PC and there is no doubt that the sales on PC are better. Game prices on PC are definitely cheaper in general on PC.

It's day 1, so I'll try not to be too disappointed but there are no games on sale I want that I haven't seen for cheaper either here or in some humble bundle or GOG sale. I haven't paid attention to MGS V so I'll take a closer look at that, but Dark Souls 2 was a day 1 purchase for me ...
