Wow... Looks like I'm gonna play Inquisition while my friend plays Far Cry. Hopefully we can play this game whenever they get their act together. This is only the second time I've purchased this game at full price, and it hasn't worked as expected. No big deal, screw me right? We clearly deserve it.

Sorry, it's just frustrating. I am sure they are working their asses off to get the game complete. I DO feel like we are entitled to a fully working product when we give them our hard-earned money.

Idk how they can make a game that is so damn good, ESPECIALLY with the fps mode, yet it still be a mess.

I'm afraid to update the patch :(

I wanted to play online tonight, what you reckon guys?

FullmetalRoyale3436d ago

I downloaded, but haven't launched. If I were you I would avoid downloading it until you hear otherwise from Rockstar. I wouldn't let any site(or any person for that matter) sway you. When THEY say it is safe, you should do it.

It's a damn shame this has to be said about what is supposed to be a band aid. It's embarrassing.

I couldn't get on till I downloaded the patch, been playing all night.

downloaded and installed, no problem at all.

How about a patch that enhances The Single Player experience? Like I don't know remove that stupid 5Minute Time limit for the God mode cheat! That would give me a whole lot more replay value, As well fix the servers it keeps saying times out and sometimes you can't even find a filled up server, Same for Jobs fix that too but my main complaint is the time limit please remove

ScamperCamper3435d ago

I agree with you on the god mode and any time limits on cheats for that matter. Um, jet pack cheat? That's worth updating for. I'm using these codes: http://www.grandtheftautofo... but with a next gen purchase, surely rockstar are going to add something else. Perhaps online petition? Not sure.

You have to pay for cheats these days they are called microtransactions now

The is no way all developers are having bugs. This is the Consoles giving issues.

Rockstar need to learn that 12 years of work and 5000 employees doesn’t account for one persons opinion on the internet…

Oh and hundreds of millions of dollars in revanue to boot.

Lots of complaints about gta ever since the hd era started and yet it's bugger than its ever been with gta vi up to 180 million trailer views alone. The next game is shaping it be be another genre defining game

They already learned they dont have to actually make a great game

The controls of RDR2 felt a but cluncky indeed, but it’s not as bad as some make it out to be. At no point did I get the feeling my experience with the game was held back or ruined by the controls.
But it can never hurt to optimize them a bit, sure.

Zhipp35d ago (Edited 35d ago )

I did accidentally beat someone to death a couple times. An unfortunate mistake but besides that I didn't have any problems with the controlls

jznrpg35d ago

Red Dead Redemption felt clunky at first but I got used to it fairly quick. I thought 2 was easier to control but it could be my experience with the first game helped me out. Great games

Profchaos35d ago

I wouldn't call Rockstar games characters clunky instead they feel like they move with Weight they are not twitch controls press x to instantly snap onto cover the characters instead move like a actor would ducking behind cover they are exposed while they get there.
