Dealspwn writes: We've been saying the Black Friday Xbox One console deals have started early, but this leads the way for console bundle deals. A 500GB Xbox One, Grand Theft Auto V, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Forza 5 GOTY Edition, Titanfall and Wolfenstein: The New Order. All fantastic games if we're honest and titles that would be near the top of most people's most wanted lists if they were looking at buying an Xbox One for Christmas. As far as cheap console bundles go, that's the best I've seen.
Grand Theft Auto V was released on PC on the 14th of April 2015. That means the game will be nine years old in four days, and it’s still among the most-played titles on Steam. With a 24-hour peak of 145K players, it’s as popular as Baldur’s Gate 3, Apex: Legends, and Destiny 2.
The freedom to explore large areas, approach objectives in multiple ways, and stumble across amusing distractions will always be an excellent format for video games, but some do it better than others. To celebrate the formula and parse the best from the best, have a look at the best open-world games of all time so far.
Red Dead Redemption 2 and GTA 5 are both classics, but movement and general interaction sometimes feels like you're possessed by a fridge.
Rockstar need to learn that 12 years of work and 5000 employees doesn’t account for one persons opinion on the internet…
The controls of RDR2 felt a but cluncky indeed, but it’s not as bad as some make it out to be. At no point did I get the feeling my experience with the game was held back or ruined by the controls.
But it can never hurt to optimize them a bit, sure.
Red Dead Redemption felt clunky at first but I got used to it fairly quick. I thought 2 was easier to control but it could be my experience with the first game helped me out. Great games
I wouldn't call Rockstar games characters clunky instead they feel like they move with Weight they are not twitch controls press x to instantly snap onto cover the characters instead move like a actor would ducking behind cover they are exposed while they get there.
damn, they're getting desperate to try and sell their console.
LOL. No this is a great deal for anyone remotely interested in getting a console this holiday season, and having many of the hottest games this year in the box, ready to go. You get this bundle, and you don't need to spend another dime until well into next year.
Having COD and GTA, along with Forza 5 is more than enough. Those games could have their own separate bundles.
Microsoft next deal :
buy 1 game and get Xbox one for free :D
seriously they are so desperate to catch up with sony
I don't see any faults of this move from microsoft as long as the gamers will be happy about getting free games with the consoles :)
yeah it sound desperate but we the gamers deserves this, I hope there will be deal like this in middle east we don't have black
fridays but at least they should give us some good promotion
What an awesome deal!! People might think Microsoft is desperate to catch PlayStation sales, and maybe they are... But Microsoft has the money to do these crazy deals and put them ahead. If you walked into a shop to buy a console, you would be mad not to buy this bundle unless your a dedicated pony. Poor Sony can't afford the luxury... Boohoo ya sooks. I bet if Sony made these bundles it would be the best thing ever. LOL down vote away. Microsoft will win this generation even if they literally pay for it. Why not? They have the billions in cash to do so
