New Leaked Star Wars Battlefront 3 Gameplay on Xbox 360 shows up on Youtube

New leaked footage of what could have been Free Radical’s version of a third installment in the Star Wars Battlefront series has been shown on Youtube. Footage for Battlefront 3 leaked about two years ago, however, this brand new unseen footage shows off raw gameplay from a very early build of the game on Xbox 360. Included in the video is ground and vehicle combat from the single player campaign mode. Due to it being pre-alpha footage, the frame rate is terrible and the game is mostly unfinished. This is Free Radical's version which was cancelled a few years back. This is not the upcoming version created by DICE.

It looks like the canned LucasArts build of Battlefront 3. what we saw of BF4 during its reveal was pre-alpha and this looks nothing close to that. And DICE isn't even calling it battlefront 3

Seeing the footage just breaks my heart all over again. An entire console generation missed out on what could have been awesome. DICE needs to hurry up and show some gameplay of what they have. I assume they'll either go VGA's, or hold it back for E3. Really hoping for VGA's.

As choppy as this footage is for the cancelled version, it still looks fun. Absolutely love the way the players flys out from the ground into space seamlessly @ 8:10.

I can't wait to see what the next-gen version running on the Frostbite engine will be like. We saw a tiny glimpse at E3 and it looked too good to be true. I can only imagine what the final product will look like.

Imagine those massive Walkers in a slow level with lasers flying around and ships trying to tangle their legs and loads of players online. Oh man! *nerd squeal*

Just so people know. This video is older than EA and Dice ever had the Star Wars BAttlefront License. This is Alpha footage of when Free-radical was making it.

Think this is the second version of SWBF3 that I've seen, looks like it had promise. Can't believe this awesome franchise skipped a whole generation. Star Wars Mod: Galactic Warfare was pretty fun too, Vid below

This version is either the first SWBF 3 version (cant remember who developed it, rebellion comes to my mind... I think they were working on BFIII before free radical) or the newer one by free radical (some years old now)

This one looks slightly different than the gameplay I have seen so that makes me wonder if this is the free radicals version and if it is, is this the newer or later build.

Mainly the hud and charachter models look vastly different. The AI also seems to behave slightly differently.
