Amazing graphics, amazing story, amazing gameplay, amazing music, amazing ending, amazing multiplayer. That's pretty much it, anything else will be a bonus.

DeadlyOreo3489d ago

I'm going to be honest, I'd like to see a death of one of the main characters, perhaps towards the end. An emotional but amazing ending.

nX3489d ago

Wouldn't mind that as well, new generation, new characters to keep things fresh.
After TLOU I could imagine them bringing in quite a few new characters (that help Drake during his story) without making it feel pointless. I could even imagine them making Elena or so playable. Also everything the first post mentioned because it's Naughty Dog :D

NukaCola3489d ago (Edited 3489d ago )

I'm afraid that the game will end the story on a roller coaster of epic game play and emotionally driven narrative which I won't be able to handle. When I finished TLOU I had to take a few days away from games to process it all. Plus I fear we are going to lose characters we love. Either way, this game is going to be unforgettable.

ShinMaster3489d ago

Another great rollercoaster ride from beginning to end.

UltraNova3489d ago (Edited 3489d ago )

@NukaCola

May the force be with you my friend...

OT: A concluding satisfying ending to Drakes story with top notch graphics and the best 3rd person gameplay ever seen.

GameSpawn3488d ago

"An emotional but amazing ending."

I was going to simplify and just say "an end", but this works.

I don't want to see Uncharted get dragged out over numerous games (technically 3 of them was fine - not counting the Vita game). If the 4th will bring some closure so Naughty Dog can bring something brand new and fresh to the table with the same level story telling and graphical prowess, then bring it. Please just let this be the last one.

Multiplayer like U2 would be great.

hay3489d ago

I hope it'd be better than the 2nd one, epic adventure and incredible locations, maybe more open climbing.
Though I sincerely doubt they are capable of doing it.

guyman3489d ago

I'm pretty certain they'll top uncharted 2. After developing the last of us, which is the best game from ND in my opinion, they comprehensively proved that they are pace setters in terms of story telling and pacing. Gameplay wise, it's a guarantee that they will deliver. Furthermore, judging from the trailer which was rendered in game, U4 is going to be easily the best looking current gen game. Throw in the fact that they have U2 as a benchmark and Straley and Druckmann are the directors, i can't see them not producing something better or at least on par with U2.

hay3489d ago

Every Uncharted looks like magic. But for example first one was quite boring by the and, third got boring gameplay, and Last of Us had meh universe(it's not you, it's me, I'm sick of post-apo "world is bad because the only thing you can in the game do is kill, mkay?" universes), hence worries.

Uncharted 2 hit the spot though. Still waiting for anyone in the shooter genre to top it, though Binary Domain was close.

OB1Biker3489d ago

Sounds like a typical uncharted game

PlayableGamez3489d ago (Edited 3489d ago )

Couldn't have set it better myself. I have no doubt about the graphics, as far story and multiplayer, we have to wait and see...But we know the story is going to be amazing as well.

Eonjay3489d ago

I want it to be polished, engrossing and fun. Doesn't have to be a technical marvel, but it looks like that is just par for the course for ND.

Nathan1703489d ago

A game based on the story not the set pieces like UC3.
Better gameplay,and a mp like UC2.
A darker story, but still retaining that UC magic we all love.

jthorn323489d ago

Agree 100%. I felt UC3 focused a little too much on the set pieces, and consequently the story felt like it was just worked around them sort of like an afterthought.

I just want to see Elena involved more then turning up half way through the game for a little bit before being neglected untill the end. The second game we had Chloe and Sully from the start, the third game it was Sully so it makes sense that the last game would heavily feature Elena and their relationship which is now set in stone. I could easily see flashbacks filling in the gaps of what happened to their on and off relationship. You could say the first game had her involved more but they had just met and she was off recording things, not giving a shit about the pirates...LIKE A BOSS.

I trust anything NaughtyDog do at this point and I don't say that for many developers....HOWEVER I say that for the single player.

Multiplayer needs to bring back Uncharted 2s multiplayer

It could be the last Uncharted game or last one in a long time so I want the online to be classic Uncharted and none of that every other online bullshit they had in Uncharted 3.

Thing is they could easily add that all that "COD" crap with a DLC pack. I just think they should focus on the fans who liked the multiplayer for what it was.

No loadouts, no upgradable boosters, no weapon mods, randomly generated weapons on map and no kickbacks...I'll be set :)

SnotyTheRocket3483d ago

I honestly, as much as I love Uncharted, want Drake to maybe die. This needs to be the final Uncharted. I think every Uncharted is great, but sometimes you need to go out on a high note.

Fizzler3489d ago (Edited 3489d ago )

I hope all the characters die in a gamma ray burst.

Eonjay3489d ago (Edited 3489d ago )

There are probably far easier ways to kill off the cast that are actually relevant to the story plot.

DeadlyOreo3489d ago

Yeah but to be honest if there's anyone who could pull off a gamma ray burst it'd be Naughty Dog. Make it happen.

The best games of their generation too. Its incredible how great most if not all of playstations games are. Whether you like the stories or not you cant deny the quality of each title.

Hated tlou part 2. But im going to buy it when it is cheap enough because i want to play the remastered content for $10 extra dollars. Theyre adding a roguelike mode...thats going to be fun!
