While the show was cruelly cancelled after just half a season, it has gone on to live in the hearts of its fans ever since. While there has been the occasional comic or book about the show, there have been no video games set in Joss Whedon's universe until now as the Firefly Online mmorpg is getting closer to its eventual release. Firefly Online boasts a large number of the original cast of Firefly as voice actors for their game. These include Nathan Fillion and Alan Tudyk. Create a captain, a ship, and a crew then explore the verse and try youe best to keep your ship in the sky. Browncoats unite as the game comes to PC, Mac, iOS, and Android with cross-platform play.
Easily one of the biggest disappointments when this show was cancelled! Hopefully the game can do it justice!
Never watched the series, but from what I've heard it pretty awesome. Hopefully the game lives up to the expectations of the fans.
Shame it isn't coming to consoles.
