Fatal Frame For Wii U Will Be Shown On A Live Stream This Thursday

Koei Tecmo Games will host a NicoNico stream that’s all about the Fatal Frame series. The show will talk about the Fatal Frame media mix and the Fatal Frame horror game in development for Wii U.

Played all the Fatal Frame games (including the japan only fan-translated Fatal Frame 4) so I'm really looking to this game.

Me too! This really is the only horror series that hasnt sold out with actions and a lack of scares. To be honest 1-3 were an upward incline of greatness in design and horror. 4 was a bit of a disappoint but still the scariest horror game last gen.

These games have an absurd amount of detail in the environments and ghosts, im pissing myself imagining what they could do in HD.

YES! I knew they were going to develop a new Fatal Frame for the Wii U. The gamepad is simply perfect for this style of game. Please please please have a Western release planned!

Fatal Frame II: Crimson Butterfly... all I can say is that I was glad to have experienced such an amazing game. Truly scary and effective on a very deep level. It's a game that stays with you long after you've played it. Also the first game to give me full on nightmares.

Too bad this won't be coming to the US or UK. Nintendo has Fatal Frame and Sega has Yakuza. I've given up on them doing what is right for fans for both these series.
