CCC Says: "How many more times do we have to hear a system or genre isn't dead before we all believe it? Well, perhaps one more time would do. Because after all, a lot of naysayers have said certain things about the Vita, and there are also other individuals who have gone on about JRPGs, and I'm positive there's some overlap. Besides, with all the exciting PS4 and Xbox One news that's come out in the last year or so, it'd be easy to overlook the fact that the Vita is becoming this generation's JRPG powerhouse."
While gamers usually take notice of the mainline missions, these 5 side quests deserve more widespread attention for how entertaining they are.
Final Fantasy 7 has come back under the spotlight thanks to the release of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, but is it worth replaying the original?
Very much so. Graphically it's dated but the story and the gameplay haven't aged a day. It's still one of my all time favourite RPGs and for me is better than Remake in some ways.
Uncover secrets, defeat challenging bosses, and upgrade your arsenal in these exciting Metroidvania titles on the PlayStation Vita.
I think a lot of people will just say things to be saying them. I am just glad the Vita is getting so many of my favorite genre :)
I really want to see more games come out for the Vita. If it really keeps JRPGs alive or not is really up to opinion.
I really don't consider Monster Hunter or its clones JRPGs, the Vita does have a decent selection of JRPGs but need more..... even though Vita has what I consider the best jrpg of all times, P4G, I still think the 3DS has a better overall lineup of JRPGS, KH3D, SMTIV, Bravely Default, FE:Awakening, Project X Zone....
3DS has the better JRPG lineup, Vita is second.
