The console is too cheap, it's affordable for too many people. I have to set my alarm clock for this one. No chance in getting one if I'm 30 minutes late.

I'll be up at 8am sharp!

PolishWingedHussar2659d ago

Same! *stares intently at all of my open tabs* @_@

NapalmSanctuary2659d ago

I have to pre-order in-store at gamestop cause I can only drop $100 on it this month. I'll be there at opening but I am extremely worried about my prospects.

blady_man2659d ago

I need to preorder in store too, because i dont want my wife to find out i intend to buy another console, i already bought the ps4 pro and the psvr in november and october, and already have an xbox one lol

NapalmSanctuary2659d ago

I hope they don't play this scarcity bs like with the mini.

PolishWingedHussar2659d ago

I completely agree. That's my biggest fear. I can understand limited initial pre-orders, but if it releases with limited quantities I'm going to be pissed.

They already said there only shipping 2 million in the first month for north America.

Lets put its this way. I preordered it with no problems. The Wii not so much. Took me a year and a half to finally get one after playing the add to cart and it disappearing game for weeks.

I got mine too. They had 40 up for pre-order at the gamestop in Turkey Creek, just outside of Knoxville. Was kind of shocked they had so many. Knoxville is a big place though.

Pre-order nintendo MEH! The switch is a Wii U 2.0

TXIDarkAvenger2659d ago

So hyped right now. I hope I can get a pre-order because I really don't want this to be like the Wii/NES classic situation where I have to wait months to get one.

PolishWingedHussar2659d ago

Same, I missed out on the NES and it was so frustrating! I was blown away by how quickly those things disappeared, I know it's going to be the same with the Switch. >.<

Microsoft should have left them stay 3rd party

Bethesda France was made up of roughly 15 people... they couldn't of being doing much

Bethesda France mainly did publishing and marketing within the region

Profchaos8m ago(Edited 7m ago)

Bethesda France focused on publishing and marketing in the region. And 15 people lost their jobs as part of the closure.

I wonder if this is part of Microsoft's strategy to abandoned physical media or possibly gamepass advertising makes their roles redundant you don't need to market a game as hard when the majority of players get the game as part of a sub which already promoted upcoming games

Sony Could Increase Your Game's Difficulty If It Sees You Complain About It

Sony has recently published a new patent that wants to dynamically handle the games' difficulty and gameplay based on the player's emotions.

This is something I might use. Sometimes I play some good games but they don’t have difficulty option and are a little too easy.

Souls games will be like that players struggling make it harder

I think if used correctly it could work well
