As a owner of DC, i dont mind paying £15-£20 for the VR add on, but i'll be damned if i'am paying £40 for it again, but going by other games that will be getting a VR add on for free or for a reduced price, i can see the same thing happening with DC as well.

They repeated many times it would be free. Check on the official PS blog. Unless they change their mind at the last moment...

EIDT: ok, misunderstood. The tracks will be free. While the whole DC VR will be discounted for the people who bought the season pass.
Sadly I won't have VR until later next year. I gotta save up for a PS4 Pro and 4K TV
