Pfff Nintendo would rather sink their IPs with them rather than making games for a competing platform. So many idiots shouting "Nintendo is doomed" yet they are in the business for more than 30 years and they are still at the center of the gaming world (Pokémon GO, Zelda Breath of the Wild, amiibo and the NX).

As much as I would like to see Nintendo go to a 3rd party software company, mostly due to the Wii and Wii U lack software support and not being able to justify my purchase (Yet I do own both of them, and am awaiting Zelda) and while I think it may be a possibility IF the NX tanks as well.

Lets be reasonable for a moment, the 3DS is doing great, Pokemon GO, and Amiibo's are also doing great and Nintendo have money back, now they obviously won't continue to do things at a loss (Home consoles) they still have a long time before we ever see them considering to go that route.

I'm not saying they should leave their handhelds. I'm saying that Nintendo should bring over their console games to playstation and keep running their mobile/handhelds. It's obvious with the mobile release Nintendo's stocks go up a lot for them.

Everyone seems to be making a counterargument to something I never said or thought and they're rushing to conclusions. Nintendo supporting PS will only benefit both.

I'm just reading all this filler and it's apparent how many people are arguing points that I'm not even making. Read all the responses and you would think that I stated something for them to state their counterargument.

Nintendo shares skyrocketed for them with pokemon go. It will do the same if you bring it to playstation, that is guaranteed.

I highly doubt so in the near future. Let's wait if they make another big flop like the Wii U. If the NX can at least attain the same sales numbers as the Wii U, They should be fine. Smartphone games will bring them a Big ton of money in between!

I just hope that the battle system in Pokemon Go becomes deeper than what it is right now. PVP would be nice with the classic four move sets. They could keep it active though, it brings a new dynamic to the fighting system.

I personally doubt it. Even with all the success PS4 has had, it still doesn't hold a candle to mobile money. If Nintendo stops making hardware, they will go all in on mobile. That's what shareholders would want anyway.

This mindset of yours is the damage that the Nintendo Wii done to Nintendo. Yes it sold well, but it lost the hardcore market, and the Wii ended up being a huge pile of shovel ware, and it gave Nintendo the gimmicky image their NOW known for. The Wii was a deal with the devil for them.
