Short Pause: "In this weeks episode of the Thursday Night Indie Spotlight, Boyce (@Piccolo930) tests his roguelike skills - and sense of rhythm - with Brace Yourself Games' Crypt of the NecroDancer. Featuring one of the better soundtracks we've heard in awhile, Crypt of the NecroDancer is a very challenging, roguelike rhythm game with dungeon crawler elements. Check out the video below and if you like what you see, you can pick up Crypt of the NecroDancer on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita (Cross-Buy) for $14.99 ($13.49 for plus members)."
Tis the season to be spooky, and so Rogueliker has gathered together a collection of roguelikes and roguelites that have fun being scary.

While fans will love it, you need not be into, or even aware of, "Crypt Of The NecroDancer" to enjoy its table for "Pinball FX."
This game is a unique blend of rhythm game and roguelike dungeon crawler and I have to say that it works pretty well. The gameplay is extremely challenging as you try to figure out the patterns of enemies and how to take on a group of them. The soundtrack is what makes this game go however, and it's all sorts of awesome. It's not an easy game by any means, so hopefully casual gamers will give it a fair shake as opposed to getting frustrated early. These smaller titles continue to impress with their quality and amount of content.
This game is really cool. I love the weird mix of genres. Looking forward to playing more of it. The RPG elements are addicting!
