Personally i would wait and see what new DLC plans they have(Previous DLC was expensive and a absolute rip off) and also Destiny 2.
Waiting for them to bundle all the DLC into one affordable package, I'd pay $40.
I waited for taken king to get all the DLC... it was $60 for all 3... not bad.
