I don't "get" Amiibos. Should I look into them?

It depends.

Collecting them can be stressful so to speak. Quantities can be limited in certain situations and can be frustrating to wait for a certain Amiibo to release, only to be left out and not get one.

So far, I've been lucky enough to snag every one that I've wanted. Others have not been so lucky.

Also depends on what you really want to do with them. They do have in game functions, but personally, I jut collect them. I have yet to actually use them for anything in game. It wouldn't hurt to look into them to see if they appeal to you or not. Wave 5 is releasing soon so you can still jump in.

I just pre ordered and bought the very few I wanted. I just have 5 since last year. I look at it as cheaper than a figma but even then the hassle to preorder can still suck. Why Kinda opted out of getting a bunch.

If you haven't started you probably shouldn't because they are a nightmare to find. My advice is to just focus on the ones you really want and prey they're not out of.

Been wanted the Kirby related ones for a while but no way am I paying $30 for Dededee yet alone $60 for Meta-Knight!

Those store exclusives are a pain because some people don't have the time or transportation to drive all over town just to find these things, and no, some stores don't have them available online.

They gotta handle this better than this
