This is it. A complete lowdown on the differences between the PS4 and Xbox One versions of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. Resolution, effects, the whole nine yards.
Note that since we completed this video, we've looked into the motion blur situation in a little more depth - it does seem that Xbox One uses lower precision masks for this effect though it's very barely noticeable in gameplay.
Whether it's showcasing damage realistically or simulating fractures and conditions, these games are worth checking out.
The Metal Gear series has sold 60.2 million copies, as of September 2023.
...and yet, they couldn't give more respect and effort into the collection.
What a terrible company.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is another rollercoaster of a game in the Metal Gear Solid series. Here's what to expect and why you need to experience it.
Amazing how bad this game looks already. We keep acting like this gen doesn't feel like an update but I think we're starting to see it.
The game started really strong in that hospital, but after a couple of hours I wondered if it was even an mgs game I was playing.
Not much of a difference. Except in my opinion I'd recommend using your hard earned money to buy the better console version on all aspects to know that you're getting truly the best experience possible in everything.
I cannot wait to start it up! I've been eager to play a new installment since MGS4. Ground zeroes was too much of a tease for me lol
And for people who will defend against what I stated:
- It's the equivalent of two people ordering a steak for the same price, one gets a prime cut and the other get a choice cut.
Not everyone can tell the difference unless someone came and told you. Yeah you're both eating steak (like how both people play MGSV), but does it make it right to pay the same price for a less quality steak? Even if the quality differs by a little?
Dude jus be ready to play the game when it releases stop spreading none sense
99 percent the same. Cant go wrong with either.
LoL its pretty much the same
PS4 Version looks the best. Ill go that route. Nothing new here really.
