EG:
It may be over-stuffed, and most of its gameplay ideas have been pioneered elsewhere, but I left Until Dawn with the sense of satisfaction that I usually get from a really fun B-movie, not the sense of completion I get from finishing a game. That may be a warning or a recommendation depending on your tolerance for the dreaded "interactive movie", but there's certainly nothing quite like it around at the moment.
Leaked screenshots from Sony Interactive Entertainment and Ballistic Moon's upcoming remake of Until Dawn have reportedly emerged.
Doesn't look any different to the ps4 version. Hope it's not another lazy Sony remaster a.k.a remake.
A good game, had some fps troubles on ps4. So hopefully thats ironed out with some better looking graphics.
I think Sony should rename PlayStation to RemakeStation. I am a Playstation fan but this is getting ridiculous. I think this is the weakest gen software-wise compared to all other gen.
PS2 > PS3 > PS1 > PS4 > PS5
An early new Until Dawn comparison video has been released, comparing the visuals from the upcoming UE5 version to those of the 2015 original.
This is a fun game. But remaking this is lazy. A cheap remaster while a new game is being developed would have had more value for the customer.
Tim and Luis talk what they’ve been watching and playing along with the news from the past week, including all the games from Sony’s “State of Play,” Evil West, Silent Hill: The Short Message, Hideo Kojima weirdness, Spec Ops: The Line delisted and more!
I freaking love this game. This was me when i first start playing it.

I never thought I'd say this, but I'm enjoying this more than any Quantic Dream game I've played. It's like Friday the 13th mixed with The Poltergeist. If you enjoy 80s horror and the interactive movie genre then don't let this game slip you by.
After my question in the other thread about the twitch archives about the length it's a pleasant surprise to hear it can clock in at 9 hours. That's a lot more game than I expected and that's pretty awesome. I must admit with some of the recent releases as well as what's on the horizon (no pun intended cos I'm loving the look of Horizon) it's becoming increasingly difficult not to drop £350 on a PS4 bundle.
Played with the GF for a couple hours yesterday (the game I mean), she doesn't speak English, so she was a little turned down with the game at first. I when to the PS4 general settings, changed the language to Latin-American Spanish and voila!
The production value of the game is what really set this game apart from other interactive movies.
She is loving the set up and how things start to turn a little bit darker with the time. So far our (her) main goal is to force the female characters to call each other "Zorra" as much as possible. It has been fun :)
This game is really something you can play with other people. Of course you can do it yourself, but its so much more fun with others watching.
