I'm pretty confident BioWare has already started on a pretty deep remastering of KOTOR. It just seems like easy guaranteed money for them considering Star Wars' current renaissance. Not to mention, there are probably a TON of gamers like myself who never got to play KOTOR because they never had an original Xbox. I just wonder if they could get rights for a new high profile release of the game with the entire EU being retconned.

And I have a more on topic question. I really dont care about the other games, but is that "Super Star Wars" as in the SuperNintendo Trilogy games? or is that that some other game by the same name?

If you're not interested in performance you can install a 2TB HDD.

I have the Silver Batman Bundle, and I absolutely love it, The silver color is just amazing next to my black set up, I also have the vertical stand in black and it looks great but this looks freaking awesome too, my wife almost killed me when she found out I bought another PS4 just for aesthetics, I'm sure I wouldn't survive a 3rd one for sure.

I think its very, very clear that the Tomb Raider deal by MS and on Square was a bad idea.

PS4 is selling better, its up against Fallout and a Star Wars game...I don't see a chance of Tomb Raider selling better then this falls heavy hitters. In what history did it ever?

Sony has the heavy hitters this fall in terms of marketing and bundles and history has shown us that multiplats sell consoles many times better then exclusives.

Systems has lost due to lack of third party support....regardless if they had exclusives or not, thus...the whole concept of having some fall exclusive that will help in sales is a bit tired and played out.

Systems with 100% ground up exclusives have failed..ie Wii U, ie Dreamcast at the end of the day, if such a thing where true, would both those systems not be some of those systems not be some of the best selling? What sells systems is 3rd party content believe it or not, many times it may not even matter the exclusive line up, so much as what plays ALL they games the best, some of those series have huge 26 million fan bases that literally ever year buy that 1 title.

Neither MS nor Sony have any exclusive that just does 26 million units...thus...no one in the HUGE millions is buying an XONE for Tomb Raider, a game that is on 360....a game that has been already confirmed for PC and PS4.

Its just not a big enough title and I feel this whole "war" is already done, folks have already made up their minds on what platform they want to play many titles on. Another Halo and Forza won't really change that up... I mean...did it last year? Last gen?

All of these console editions make it seem like the PlayStation 4 is becoming a collector's item.

The options are awesome and this looks incredible, but it somewhat feels like they're at the point now of artificially inflating the install base.

I'm sure people plan to play these things, but it also feels like they're buying them to put on shelves and never open.

To each their own and the PS4 still does boss numbers in both hardware and software, but consoles like these seem to produce demand for the appearance rather than to actually use. People can spend their money however, but if developers begin to wonder why a game has a questionable attach ratio later on, this might be a good place to start looking.

Not at all knocking it and this goes for any console with special editions. I just think Sony is being pretty prolific about it now feels like they've found their own "amiibo goldmine".

It's standard practice now. MS pushed this a lot with the 360, especially with Halo and COD. This Gen they have 2xHalo, Forza, Sunset Overdrive, TF, Day 1 edition, and I'm sure mores to come.Sony is just following this trend. Of course it increases the install base and demand. Not saying Microsoft didn't start the console trend (technically, it started with Nintendo making various Nintendo 64s), but it's not an ideal trend in my opinion.

I'm not saying you're wrong. Microsoft went nuts with the console editions last generation. Whether they started or not,I can't say since there was the Final Fantasy XIII PS3 and gunmetal MGS4 console with the different colored standard consoles.

Regardless, don't care to point fingers. I just think, regardless of who started it, it's cool, but I don't particularly agree with it.

When I say artificial inflation, I mean yes, they're selling units, but there's likely a healthy portion of shelf collectors involved. So when developers want to develop a game when PS4 sells 100+ million units, they're not really looking at 100+ million potential customers. It could be more like 75 million with 25 million just sitting on someone's shelf, never to be opened. So yeah, it's cool that consumers have choice, but it also feels like an underhanded way to get current adopters to buy these consoles again.

And yes, I say the exact same thing applies to the Sunset Overdrive and The Witcher III consoles.

I'm obviously not making much sense to the critics of my comments here, so let's move past it. Not really sure I can explain myself another way and it's becoming tedious eating bubbles on explanations. Feel free to agree or disagree, mate.

This comes out in November and the new Star Wars movie hits in December. This console is guaranteed to be a HUGE seller come this Holiday Season.

Sweet Jesus...Sony is going for the KILLSHOT with all of these insanely beautiful limited edition consoles this year. As I said before any chances of XB1 narrowing the gap will fade away from the attention this bundle and the MGS 5 bundles will attract. PS4 is really on a roll.

Weird the coming week there is a Madden 16 Xbone bundle followed by a Fifa 16 bundle. Is that cheating as well? Xbone has Rainbow 6 Siege, The Division, Witcher 3 and Fallout 4 exclusive marketing as well. Is that not 'cheating' as well?

Why would I want to pay more upfront for the console for a stupid 1TB drive pre-installed when I could invest that in my own 2TB hard drive instead? If you're going to want more than 500GB, you might as well go big or go home.
