Vita is by far the best. If based on games, the Nintendo 3DS has done of the best portable exclusives. The vita however, has a great library of games that can last you months if not years, its also a fantastic companion device to the ps4.... you know, the little known console! I'd literally barely get time on my ps4 if not for remote play, its great!
The Gamegear is the best.
