Ultimately some games and expansions can be like the famous ‘box of chocolates’ as they will serve you with something new and enticing every time you turn a corner. Whereas, House of Wolves, is like a cheap chocolate bar. Every piece of it is exactly the same as the other. It is satisfying, but, there will come a point where it will make you sick, and you’ll turn your back to it as the insipid taste that it has to offer will be of no interest to you.
Anyone who has ever stepped inside of Destiny's PVP arena known as the Crucible has felt the wrath of a particular weapon and thought to themselves - "man that gun seems overpowered." You might be right because in a world that encourages character builds based on perks and abilities, it's easy for things to get out of whack. As someone who has played Destiny since day 1 I can attest to a ton of profanity that has been thrown by me towards my TV constantly dying to particular weapons. Destiny is much more balanced now than it ever has been. While playing Iron Banner I found myself thinking about some of the craziest guns that were the peak of the Crucible meta and wondered where they would fall in the history of Destiny. So I decided to put together a list of what I think are the most overpowered weapons in the history of Destiny. This also factors in the version of the weapon based on the patch update. Now, this list is strictly based on how the gun performs in Crucible so there
Nailed every gun in the "wish they never existed unless I owned them" list. Didn't get Suros until after the nerf, but every other one... Damn. They were MONSTERS!
Thorn was by far the worst. I didn't mind auto rifles at all and feel it's a shame they nerfed them because they wanted people to use pulse rifles instead.
Destiny has amassed a small collection of Strikes. Check out how they stack up against one another.
I miss the Summoning Pits, bring it back!
Omnigul is still the hardest Strike even with the new ones added.
PART 10: Not every add-on is worth adding on, but these expansions and updates rose above the rest.
Well well who didn't see this one coming
What a load of bull. The expansion is great. New missions, new strike, new areas, new enemies, new weapons, new unique armor and the prison of elders is awesome.
Docking points because the expansion isnt a different game or something. Wtf..
People really love to hate destiny
As far as this expansion goes, it is not by any means a bad addition. The game is developing into something better something it did not do with the joke that is the dark below. Its longevity of keeping people playing seems small though but what do I know people seem to have kept playing despite short content since launch.
I really thought the DLC was going to bring new planets.
nothing is the same, everything took leaaps and bounds dumb ass writer
