The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited Nearly 60 GB on PS4, Xbox One

Considering The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited is likely to consume nearly your entire life, it seems only fair that it should consume nearly your entire hard drive.

It's times like this I'm glad I have a 2TB HDD in my PS4.

caffman3260d ago

I'm glad I have 3.5tb on my Xbox one

Volkama3260d ago

I'm glad I have a 1Mb download speed. Oh wait no, I'm not glad at all.

BrandanT3260d ago

Sometimes I wonder, are the games uncompressed or are they really just that big?

slappy5083260d ago

Hardly a surprise, it's 80gb on PC because of all the patches they had to release

mkis0073260d ago

I am still debating whether to get this...Is there even a subscription option available? Because that would be a negative to me.

BumperSticker3260d ago

There's no more subscription fee. You just pay for it once, and you have unlimited access.

slappy5083260d ago

There is a sub model but you can get by without it, basically all you getting are crowns for the crown store and access to future dlc

mkis0073260d ago

O Ok. In my experience when they keep a subscription option available they take away a lot of access for accounts that are not subbed. I play GW2 (will never stop). But Elder Scrolls is like loved one to me.

Palitera3260d ago

It is a 60 bucks game with a billion microtransactions in it.

"It is needed".

One of them surely is. Free to play schemes on a full priced game is what is charged for this game.

Gamer19823260d ago

Nope its now super grindy or pay cash to skip the grinding.. Just like most apps on your phone..

BallsEye3260d ago

Don't listen to Gamer1982, he probably never played it. I've been in retail PC version for months and it's nothing like that and most importantly it's nothing like the first beta. It's hands down one of best mmorpgs ever created, and only one that feels like a single player game with other players (thanks to the way quests are done). Loving the game and me and my wife are switching both to Xbox One from PC on release date.

This is not what I would call value for money spent. They give you quests in liveservice games to get you "re-engaged" with the monetization schemes or to get you hooked or so you at least spend some extra on skins and loot boxes. Then they dole out paltry points after you have already paid extra for whichever liveservice within a liveservice that you are already paying for. My worry is people can't actually be that stupid to fall for this, can they?

Absolutely nothing in this comment makes sense. At all.

anast628d ago (Edited 628d ago )

How does it not make sense? O thy god of reason, shine some evidence upon us. Ryse of Rome, ESO,and AC: Origins are all live service games, between them you can get 275 points. Liveservice games are made to keep people spending. Therefore, Gamepass is a live service and the points are for playing live service games.

It is not my problem that this does not make sense to you, it is absolutely your problem. I mean it is all your problem.

Hate Xbox but comments in every Xbox article 😂 without making sense smh

Bring the evidence and then your emoji might make sense.
