Numerous sources claim that GTA V’s first single-player DLC is expected to arrive on Xbox One and 360.
In the past as well, Microsoft has always been on the look out to acquire DLC rights before competitors. Xbox One and Xbox 360 gained early access to any Call of Duty-related content. Moreover, the company’s marketing lead has announced that Star Wars Battlefront will be hitting the consoles first too.
After the release of GTA V on PC, it is widely believed that the next task on the developer’s list would be to come up with a first single player DLC for its record-selling game. With Microsoft lagging behind PS4 and PC in visual aspects, the company intends to make up for it via an early DLC release.

The controls of RDR2 felt a but cluncky indeed, but it’s not as bad as some make it out to be. At no point did I get the feeling my experience with the game was held back or ruined by the controls.
But it can never hurt to optimize them a bit, sure.
Red Dead Redemption felt clunky at first but I got used to it fairly quick. I thought 2 was easier to control but it could be my experience with the first game helped me out. Great games
I wouldn't call Rockstar games characters clunky instead they feel like they move with Weight they are not twitch controls press x to instantly snap onto cover the characters instead move like a actor would ducking behind cover they are exposed while they get there.

Competition is all I can say. It's wrong but it's what needs to happened and that's why everyone does it. At least we know that it's not fully exclusive. It is what it is though.

At this point, who's going to let timed, paid DLC impact what version of the game they will get?
Anyone who would be swayed by this probably already bought one or two versions of the game.
I can understand why people may think this (since it happened last time) but we will see
