A step in the right direction, but you're still standing on a giant mound of poop so no matter which direction you go, you're still stepping in it.

MONOLITHICIDE3307d ago

Damn you scubba steve! Time to pop in twisted metal 3 now thanks. Haha i was watching that movie the other day.

I play mmos all the time its not that bad it was more fun than lord of the rings for sure.

JamesBondage3307d ago

lol i spent 2 hours downloading LOTR Online, spent 2 minutes playing. Even ESO's beta was better than that game

awi59513307d ago

Dont get me wrong lord of the rings is a good mmo its just way to hardcore and grindy. I got really bored and it takes a stupid long time to lvl up and the monsters your lvl hit way too hard. It reminds me of FF 11 in the way the monsters seem to be so cheap lol. But as a free to play model it's the best because you can grind out everything in the game even the expansions.

DougLord3307d ago

It really is a lot better then Beta. I'm champion level 1, and I don't think I've ever felt like I was grinding. I was doing major story line quests.

I want to play this just because I love elder scrolls games so much

Jalva3307d ago (Edited 3307d ago )

After playing this you won't love them as much any more.

RJ920093306d ago

I'm hoping for at least a good coop game with my wife with elder scrolls lore. I'm loving that she in to games just got her own ps4 and now trying to find the white xbox one she wants to play halo but hates split screen lol

JamesBondage3307d ago

dont let the haters stop you, it looks like a decent elder scrolls experience. just don't set your hype bar too high

DarkBlood3307d ago

Since It's free to play and coming in a physical copy plus not too long ago finally got unlimited data i'll be getting this to try out

joab7773307d ago

Well, it's not technically f2p. But no sub anymore. Though, of you do sub, you will level faster etc.

DarkBlood3307d ago

Thats good enough for me for now anyways

Roccetarius3307d ago

It's pretty much like any other game without a subscription. A buy to play model, not F2P.

slinky1234563307d ago

I just wanted Skyrim in an online world, with some extra endgame content like Raids and stuff. We seem to never get that when a series decides to go online. And that always seems why they fail imo.

Roccetarius3307d ago (Edited 3307d ago )

Star Wars and Elder Scrolls are great examples of MMO's just not working well, at least not in the hands of these developers. Both games play like Single Player games, but MMO's are more about the community aspect.
