"Then there’s the economic factors. Right now isn’t the time to buy anything pricy in Japan. The national consumption tax rate (which applies to basically everything you buy, as well as your utility bills) took a jump last year, and its impact has been felt on many industries. Meanwhile, the yen has been falling in value and employers are in no hurry to adjust wages." -PSLS
"A bumper crop of PlayStation titles make up October’s PlayStation Plus Game Catalog lineup. All these games will be available to play starting Tuesday, October 18. Without further ado, let’s dive in. Also added this month: The Medium, Dragon Quest Builders, Dragon Quest Heroes and more. "
Has vice city been fixed? If not it feels like a weird addition. Lots for Dragon Quests fans.
If you like assassins creed and Dragon Quest enjoy the multiple games.
Just plan on playing Medium and the Yakuza remasters right now.
Seems the PS Plus offer is running out of steam already.
Have they even added any new trials since launch?
A Greek retailer, The Console Club, has listed Dragon Quest Heroes 1 & II for pre-order for the Nintendo Switch.
If this is true I'd be curious to see if it comes all on the cart like the Japanese version. Probably not though with the added languages.
It’d be nearly 3 years since Japanese gamers had this ported to the console for it to get localized
Speaking of ports, Square Enix still needs to port DQXI S content over to PS4 and PC
Nintendo Life writes: "Last June, there was a rumour Wolfenstein: Youngblood would be making its way across to the Nintendo Switch. The idea of this happening came about when a GameStop employee revealed the game was listed for Switch and this followed with it appearing on the company's website."
Been waiting for DQ Heroes 1 and 2 for nearly 2 years now nice to see it finally come (if this is true).
In Japan DQ Heroes 1 & 2 was on a 32 gig cartridge. Everywhere else will probably get one physical and the other be a promo code. Figured Youngblood would get ported. It would be odd if it weren't considering they were pleased with how 2 performed on the Switch.
I'm betting Bloodborne, then Disgaea 5, then Metal Gear 5 raise the bar for PS4 software sales.
Curious, JP often holds onto their consoles longer than those around the world
10:1 hardware base
hmm... stupid click bait title that confuses people. should be why ps3version outsold ps4 version.
side note: pr needs to tell people that this game isnt a musou/dynasty warriors game. though i guess hyrule warriors changed peoples mind on these games. if it was then it would have been called dragon quest warriors.
anyway this isnt a warriors/musou game and people should understand this, it was stated when it was announced. i think it is more based on the toukkden series pr whatever it was called, i never played it.
Personally, I think they should have paid extra for the exclusivity to make it PS4 exclusive. If that was even an option...
