Fallout 4 Could Be At E3 2015 Now That ESO Has Been Re-announced

The Elder Scrolls Online, which was released for PC with a subscription-based system in April 2014, was originally going to be released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in June 2014. The game has now been confirmed to be releasing on June 9th, 2015, under the new name; The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, without a subscription service. However, for fans of the Fallout franchise, this might be the best news yet.

It has to come out at the end of this year then

Why announce a game for late next year. I mean they wouldn't release it after this Christmas since they'd want a game like this to be a Holiday release, just before Christmas

NukaCola3377d ago

It will either be announced at E3 and come out this year. Or announced at the VGAs as a teaser, then shown next E3 and released in 2016. It's been too long since we had a Fallout game so I am hoping they drop a megaton and get it out in October.

SolidStoner3377d ago

I hope it will be only on NEXT gen and PC, because games nowdays takes tons of time to make for various reasons... one of them is that different platform BS.... and I still dont believe it will come out this year.. maybe will get some teaser..

Felinox3377d ago

If a beta was included withe ESO that would move a lot of units.

gaffyh3377d ago

Not necessarily, it would be good if it did, but there are a lot of games that are announced over a year before the game actually comes out.

Debaitable3377d ago

I'm sure they know many are awaiting for it & a holiday release would help but definitely not needed for this title.

Quality over quantity.

Lucreto3377d ago

Well Fallout 3 was announced June 2007 and released in October 2008. That is 16 months later.

New Vegas was announced in April 2009 released in October 2010. Again 16 months

Skyrim was announced in December 2010 and released November 2011. 11 months later.

Elder Scrolls Online was announced in May 2012 and released on PC July 2014. 27 months later on PC and 37 months for consoles.

Going by that record it won't be released this year.

BongSmack3377d ago

Developers show games at E3 that are scheduled for a holiday release the following year all the time!

Lucreto3377d ago

I don't see it for E3. ESO is out in June and will be still marketing that.

I say it will be announced in December for a November 2016 release.

MatthewBandeira3377d ago

I think you're right, but that's too far. I hope they announce and release it this year.

maniacmayhem3377d ago

NO NO NO! How many times are we going to fall for this!? I will not get my hopes up for a new Fallout 4, I can't take that pain again...

:(

qwerty6763377d ago

like the 100th rumor for this game? believe it when i see it.

Revengeance3377d ago

People need to stop hyping up Fallout 4. It'll come when it's ready.

Now is the Best Time to Get This Incredible RPG Bundle on Steam

If you are looking for an awesome RPG, look no further. Steam is offering a significant discount on its Fallout Franchise Bundle.

SimpleSlave14h ago

"You can get all Fallout games in a bundle at a significant 20% discount on Steam. Individually, all these games add up to $244.91. With the discount, you can get them all for $195.91. That is $49 less than the original price. Quite a significant discount for such a popular franchise."

😊 😂 🤣 😐 - But why?

Just wait for a sale and get most if not all of it for a fraction of that price.

20% off...lol

Tacoboto13h ago

The games were just on a real sale over the last week or two for the show promotion. Fallout 4 was $10, 3 was $5, NV was cheap as heck too.

So what the heck is this

Inverno13h ago

The original games have been given out for free by Amazon for GOG and Epic, 76 is free now on Amazon if you have prime, Epic has also given out new Vegas for free and 4 has gone down to pretty cheap prices. 194 bucks is a total ripoff when you can get these games individually for less. Don't forget cd keys might sell em for a dollar less at times too. Come on man, us cheapskates won't touch anything near or above 100 lolz

isarai13h ago

Bro that's a ridiculous ripoff are you kidding me? 🤣

Idc about skins and a couple weapons. Would've much preferred some added story or quests.

babadivad18h ago

New Powered Armour would have been nice.

FPS_D3TH17h ago

X0-2 power armor is new power armor.

FPS_D3TH17h ago

There’s one new quest as far as I know. Not sure how large, but involves the enclave.

shinoff218316h ago

O dope I must of overlooked that. Thanks.

Crows9016h ago

Frankly happy if they didn't really change anything...this means New London can probably launch sooner

RaidenBlack16h ago

Yea ... can't wait for FO London

ChasterMies11h ago

Skins, in addition to being your largest organ, have been content in games for a long time. Ever heard of pre-order bonuses?

Barlos57m ago

Does it matter? It's not costing you anything.

Love it when people complain about free stuff.

Profchaos18h ago

Seems odd in all honesty that the game has the option for high res and 60 fps when there's console mods for the xsx that run the game at 4k 60 are they updating the art assets that much.

Guess it's Bethesda no no shock might finally look like a PS4 gen game now instead of a PS3.5 like it did on PS4.

I love the game don't get me wrong it's my favourite in the franchise yet it never actually looked at good as many other games at the time did and it ran pretty badly with long load times it actually is the reason why I put a SSD in my PS4.

LostPotato15h ago

There games are never going to look like other modern games due to their engine.

Bethesda will keep using the creation engine so can't understand why people can't accept it.

Also 4K textures eat a lot of memory and it's not feasible to make every gamer use them.

SimpleSlave14h ago(Edited 14h ago)

Will I finally be able to play the game with the Explosion and Ammunition Lighting Reflection Mod at a cinematic 24fps? Nooice!

jznrpg11h ago(Edited 11h ago)

Changing the weapons system would have been nice. I hate the random combo system as you mostly get junk. I got 1 good weapon on my run. I definitely didn’t want to keep reloading saves to try and get a decent weapon
