Gareth from OSP writes "Mario & Luigi Paper Jam should have have been the shake up that both series needed. Instead, we’re given a game that sticks more rigidly to the established Mario Brothers formula than any precious entry in either series. Sure the fundamentals are solid, and there’s nothing here that is particularly bad or poorly executed, but when the series it married are usually happy to take risks with the source material, it’s hard not to be disappointed that they decided to play it safe when the two are mashed together."
